CECIL WELCH
When the list is compiled of the great pop and jazz trumpet virtuosos of this generation, Cecil Welch must surely be included.
This veteran of the concert stage has created a unique style of performance and an ambience with his audiences that guarantees success. A native of Atlanta, Cecil studied trumpet as a boy and was in demand as a soloist with local bands. Upon graduation from college, he was invited to join the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, eventually rising to Principal Trumpet with the renowned ensemble. When Henry Mancini heard him perform during one of his appearances with the orchestra, he asked Cecil to join his permanent traveling entourage. For the next eighteen years, Cecil Welch toured the globe with Mr.Mancini, appearing as featured soloist in venues ranging from The Hollywood Bowl to The London Philharmonic. Mancini was so impressed with Cecil's ability that he even composed special music to feature him.
Today, Cecil continues to tour internationally, both as an anchor member of The Hollywood Hills Orchestra and as a soloist. His performance is a showcase for the many varieties of trumpets and combines historical perspective, amusing narrative, and dazzling virtuosity, brought to life through a program that ranges from Bach to Louis Armstrong.

CELESTE FRANCIS
Born in Malta, singer Celeste Francis has been living in England for the past 18 years. She began her professional singing career performing in prestige venues all over the UK. Command performances aboard some of the world's most prestigious cruise ships followed, and today she is often heard across her country on the BBC. She recently made her American debut in a series of sold out appearances on the East Coast. Celeste has the unique combination of a huge vocal range, the capacity to sing virtually any style, and a charismatic presence on stage that charms her audiences and brings them to their feet. She particularly enjoys performing tribute concerts featuring great composer of the past century. If there has been one constant in Celeste's career it has been her comparison in vocal tone and range to the great Karen Carpenter. She prominently features Carpenters music in her performances and is currently preparing a new production with pianist Mac Frampton, "Yesterday Once More," which will feature not only Carpenters music but other great singers such as Anne Murray, Debbie Boone, John Denver, Barry Manilow, Neil Diamond, Paul McCartney, Elton John, and others who made the '70s so memorable. Celeste Francis is truly The Lady With The Golden Voice.
PHILIPPA HEALEY
Philippa Healey is not your average opera singer… …not only does she belt out pop and jazz with the best of them, but her headline shows also combine her incredibly beautiful, yet powerful soprano voice with song writing, piano virtuosity, and – of course – her mesmerizing stage presence, which has earned her public comparisons to the greatest divas of our time. A former Oxford graduate, Philippa reached the pinnacle of London's West End when Sir Cameron Mackintosh personally chose her to play the role of Cosette in the record-breaking West End production of “Les Miserables”. Her recent visit to the prestigious luxury liner - the Queen Mary 2 - saw her overwhelmingly rated as the best entertainer since Dame Shirley Bassey; scoring a higher rating from the passengers than the Opera Babes. She is gaining fans all over the world, who love her not only for her astounding musical talents, but also for her trademark flowing red hair and cheeky sense of humor.
